Lisa Bickford
President, Nationwide Internet
Ms. Bickford joined InReach Internet in February 1999 as the General Manager. She was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in June of 2002. Ms. Bickford was formerly
with Bay Alarm Company working on technology, administration, and management. Her fields of expertise include telecommunication, data communications, network design and
implementation, and managing complex computing environments. Her past experience includes managing service and support departments, call center operations, and computing
professionals in a 24/7 security environment, as well as development and implementation of technology solutions.
Ms. Bickford holds a Master's Degree in Business from University of the Pacific and a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University, Hayward. Ms. Bickford currently
serves as Treasurer and Board Member for the California Internet Service Providers' Association as well as Communication Officer for Stockton Rotary 92.
Jodie Crouch
Director of Information Systems Group (ISG)
Jodie E Crouch III was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. He attended some college at the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now known as University of Louisiana
Lafayette) before transferring to Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. There he received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems in 2002.
Since 1999, Jodie has worked for ShreveNet, Inc. ShreveNet, has been the premier Internet Service Provider in Shreveport, Louisiana and the “Ark-La-Tex” since 1996.
He began in the call center while he worked on his degree. After graduation, he moved into system and network administration. He came aboard the Nationwide Internet team in
June 2004 when Nationwide Internet acquired ShreveNet. Since that time, he has continued to further his career in the company and is now Senior Director Information Systems and
Technology.
Dave Impson
Director of Provisioning Services Group (PSG)
Dave brings 7 years of ISP support experience to the company. Prior to joining InReach Internet in 2005, Dave was responsible for Executive Escalations
and Technical Support training for a major national ISP. During his tenure with InReach Internet he was the Technical Support Supervisor and Later became
the Call Center Manager.
Chuck Spencer
Director of Network Services Group (NSG)
Chuck provides director level management direction, as well as technical leadership for the Network Services Group (NSG). He leads a proven team of highly skilled network
engineers, NOC and facilities managers that provide 24x7 network operations support for Nationwide Internet.
Chuck has over 20 years experience in the computer/networking industry and has a thorough understanding of the internet routing technologies and network design. He has worked for
some of Silicon Valley's largest and dynamic companies, such as Lockheed, Apple Computer and Cisco Systems. Most recently, Chuck spent 8 years at Cisco Systems as a TAC Engineer
supporting Access and Voice technologies, and later as an IT WAN engineer on the Cisco IT global WAN network operations team and the Americas theater network operations team.
Chuck has a thorough understanding of the internet routing technologies and network design that enables him to provide technical leadership for the MobilePro Corporation ISP
division and the Kite Wireless Broadband division.
Ede Cicoria
Manager of Customer Service
Ede Cicoria is the Manager of Customer Service for Nationwide Internet. Ede has been a member of the staff for 11 years originally with Inreach Internet which was acquired by Nationwide in 2005. She began her tenure as a sales representative and then quickly moved into the accounting and finance departments. As the Manager of Customer Service, her team is responsible for all billing and accounts receivable for the corporation.
